The opening ceremony of the 6th Summer Camp of Diaspora Youth, dedicated to the “Year of Constitution and Sovereignty,” was held with the joint organization of the State Committee on Work with Diaspora of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
According to Karabakh University, which provided information to “Tehsil365” the opening ceremony was attended by Fuad Muradov, Chairman of the State Committee on Work with Diaspora; Elchin Yusubov, Special Representative of the President in the districts of Khankendi, Aghdara, and Khojaly; Nigar Hajiyeva, Deputy Head of the Department for Humanitarian Policy, Diaspora, Multiculturalism and Religious Affairs of the Presidential Administration; Aydan Ramazanova, Representative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation; Shahin Bayramov, Rector of Qarabağ University; and Yusif Valiyev, Acting Executive Director of the Youth Foundation.
The event, taking place in the city of Khankendi from August 3 to 9, 2025, brought together 128 young people from 61 countries — including Azerbaijani youth and youth from friendly nations.
It should be noted that Karabakh University is the official partner of the Summer Camp.
