Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC), academician Asaf Hajiyev, delivered a keynote speech at the 19th International Conference on Management Science and Engineering Management (ICMSEM 2025), held in July this year in Lille, France.
His plenary presentation, dedicated to the application of regression analysis in artificial intelligence and the latest scientific findings he has achieved in this field, was met with great interest by the conference participants.

The conference is held regularly under the joint organization of the International Society of Management Science and Engineering Management (ISMSEM) and the University of Lille, France.
