Azerbaijani Athlete Tofig Aliyev wins silver medal at the World Games

Azerbaijani athlete Tofiq Aliyev delivered a strong performance in tumbling at the 2025 World Games held in Chengdu, China. Our gymnast scored 30.500 points and won the silver medal.

According to “Tehsil365”, this achievement is regarded as another success for Azerbaijani sports on the international stage. The Ministry of Youth and Sports congratulated our athlete and wished him further victories in upcoming competitions.

The World Games take place from August 7 to 17 and bring together the world’s top athletes across various sports disciplines.
