A certificate presentation ceremony was held for the participants of the Judo Coaching Program of the International Judo Federation (IJF) Academy.
According to the Azerbaijan Judo Federation (ACF) “Tehsil365” reported that ACF’s Executive Vice President Rashad Rasulov emphasized that activities in the field of education are one of the main directions of the federation’s overall strategy and noted that, starting next year, more opportunities will be provided for international participants.
IJF Academy Director Envik Galea expressed confidence that the coaches would make the most of the opportunities provided and successfully pass the exams. He also stated that all participants successfully completed today’s kata examination.
At the end, participation certificates were presented to the coaches who took part in the program.
It is worth noting that, with the support of the International Olympic Committee’s Olympic Solidarity Fund and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and jointly organized by the National Olympic Committee and the Azerbaijan Judo Federation, the program, held for the 5th time in our country, was attended by a total of 48 coaches from Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Uzbekistan. So far, 245 local coaches have been involved in this program, of whom 168 have successfully passed the exams and obtained the international coaching diploma.
