From August 14 to 18, Azerbaijani representatives achieved great success at the “Recommended Learning” International Children’s Art Festival held in Aktau, Kazakhstan.
According to “Tehsil365”, young Azerbaijani talents won 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places at the festival, organized within the framework of the “Aktau–2025 Turkic World Cultural Capital” project at the Abay Culture and Recreation Complex.
At the same time, the “Sama” dance group, representing our country, took 2nd place in the dance category and impressed the international jury with their professional performance.
One of the most remarkable participants of the festival was Ziya Hummatli, a student of the Gara Garayev Central Art School in Baku, who represented Azerbaijan in the instrumental performance category. With his tar performance, he was awarded the Grand Prix, which highlights the recognition of the subtleties of Azerbaijani national music at the international level.
In addition to Azerbaijan, the festival brought together dozens of young participants from Kazakhstan, Türkiye, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Tuva, and Crimea.
Azerbaijani children returned from the “Recommended Learning” festival with bright achievements and unforgettable impressions, proudly representing our country.
