The Russian Ministry of Education is introducing 30 different curricula to optimize weekly lesson plans for schools. There are 5 options for primary school (grades 1–4), 6 options for grades 5–9, and 19 options for grades 10–11.
According to “Tehsil365”, citing Rossiyskaya Gazeta, Elena Pristupa, Director of the Institute for Child Development, Health, and Integration, stated that the programs were developed taking into account lesson loads, biological rhythms, and sanitary regulations. The goal is to make teachers’ work easier, reduce bureaucracy, and eventually automate the curriculum development process using digital tools.
