Between June 5 and July 9, a total of 192 individuals applied to obtain a partial academic transcript that grants them the right to transfer to higher education institutions in Azerbaijan after completing incomplete higher education abroad.
This information was provided to “Tehsil365” by the Agency for Quality Assurance in Education.
It was noted that positive decisions were made on 171 of the applications, and the applicants were issued relevant transcripts indicating the number of ECTS credits earned. Negative decisions were made for six applications, while 15 were returned due to missing documentation.
Among the rejected applications, examples included:
– 2 cases of non-state-standard (fraudulent) transcripts,
– 2 cases where the educational load was below the required standard in the country of study,
– 1 case involving both a fraudulent transcript and a forged apostille,
– and 1 case involving both a fraudulent transcript and insufficient academic load as per the regulations of the country of study.
